2. Nature of Services
TransSP provides compliance support, administrative services, driver onboarding assistance, document processing, and third-party coordination for:
FMCSA / DOT compliance (USA)
Transport Canada / Provincial compliance (Canada)
Licensing, authorities, permits, and safety programs
Drug & Alcohol testing program management (where authorized)
Administrative filings, audits preparation, and record management
Digital applications, PDF generation, and automated communications
Training marketplace access through partnered providers
TransSP is not a government agency, enforcement authority, or legal advisor.
All decisions, filings, and compliance obligations remain the responsibility of the carrier or client.
3. Accuracy of Information
You agree that any information submitted through our forms, uploads, emails, or systems is:
accurate
complete
provided with proper authorization
TransSP is not responsible for delays, penalties, rejections, or compliance failures caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or late information submitted by users.
4. Document Processing & Communications
By submitting forms or documents through TransSP platforms, you authorize:
our team to process the information
communication with government entities, third-party testing providers, and compliance partners
the creation of PDFs, records, or digital files for your account
notifications sent to relevant business contacts such as carriers, compliance personnel, or designated representatives (DERs)
You acknowledge that email delivery and automated notifications may be handled by third-party providers.
5. No Legal, Financial, or Safety Advice
Services provided by TransSP do not constitute legal, financial, or safety consulting.
We do not guarantee eligibility, approval, or certification of any application or permit.
Users are responsible for consulting:
licensed attorneys
accountants
safety consultants
certified compliance professionals
for decisions requiring legal or regulatory interpretation.
6. User Accounts & Access Restrictions
Some resources, including internal forms or proprietary tools, may be restricted to:
TransSP employees
authorized carrier representatives
approved partners
Unauthorized access, copying, or distribution of internal tools, templates, or documentation is strictly prohibited.
7. Payments, Refunds & Billing
Payments for services are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Processing fees, third-party fees, or governmental charges may apply.
Refunds follow our Refund Policy, available on our website.
Certain compliance services may be non-refundable once processing has begun.
8. Data Privacy & Storage
TransSP handles data in accordance with:
U.S. privacy laws and FMCSA data handling expectations
Canadian privacy laws, including PIPEDA
We may store data on secure third-party servers, including cloud providers.
We do not sell client or driver information.
Users are responsible for protecting their own login credentials, email accounts, and devices used to access TransSP services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by U.S. and Canadian laws:
TransSP is not liable for:
financial losses
penalties or fines
regulatory actions
delays
government processing errors
inaccurate or incomplete information submitted by clients
third-party system failures, outages, or errors
Our liability, if applicable, will never exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.
10. Third-Party Providers & Partners
Some services, such as:
Drug & Alcohol testing management
Training marketplace access
Background checks
Permit processing
Insurance referrals
Safety programs
are delivered in partnership with approved third-party providers.
By using these services, you agree to the separate terms set by those providers.
TransSP is not responsible for their actions, delays, or errors.
11. Termination of Services
We may suspend or terminate access to any service if:
fraudulent information is provided
misuse of systems or resources occurs
non-payment or chargebacks happen
abusive or unsafe behavior is displayed
regulatory violations make continued service impossible
Users may request cancellation at any time, subject to our refund policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of:
United States: State of Florida
Canada: Province of Ontario
depending on the user’s primary region of operation.
Disputes must be resolved in the respective jurisdiction.
13. Updates to These Terms
TransSP may update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our services represents acceptance of the updated policy.
